Lifting Inspector/Tester Salary: Competitive Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 5.00 pm Area: Rainham, Essex Lifting Inspector/Tester Job Description: This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, knowledgeable lifting tester to join our team. If you are LEEA approved with good knowledge of LOLER requirements then we offer a very competitive salary. You will be responsible for testing a range of lifting equipment, carrying out repairs and completing relevant documentation. This will be mostly completed at our Rainham, Essex depot. Lifting Inspector/Tester key responsibilities * Conduct thorough examinations of a wide range of lifting and manual handling equipment and accessories ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and legislation. * Produce clear and concise reports detailing all equipment examined, highlighting any defects or recommendations. * Perform risk assessments and method statements as required. * Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. * Become a valued member of our fitting team and the wider business What Lifting Inspector/Tester will bring to the role * LEEA qualified. * Thorough understanding of LOLER regulations. * Excellent time management skills * A good eye for detail * Confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. * Computer literate. * Full UK Driving License.
