Income Generation Assistant   My client is a local, independent charity dedicated to helping older people across the Bradford District live well, stay connected, and thrive in later life. They are currently looking for an Income Generation Assistant to join their friendly and committed team. This is a key role that will help secure vital funds for their work, supporting older people through a variety of income-generating activities.   My client is guided by a strong set of values that shape everything they do: Respect – Valuing the individuality, experiences, and contributions of older people Compassion – Acting with kindness, care, and empathy in every interaction Integrity – Being open, honest, and accountable in all actions Collaboration – Working together with individuals, communities, and partners to make a difference Empowerment – Enabling older people to make informed choices and maintain independence These values underpin the charity's approach to supporting older people and are at the heart of all their work.   Main Duties and Responsibilities Develop and deliver an income generation plan to meet agreed fundraising targets Monitor, evaluate, and report on all income generation activities Ensure all fundraising activity is cost-effective and legally compliant Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, community groups, and individual supporters Represent the charity at both internal and external events Recruit, manage and support income generation volunteers and support team members Identify new opportunities for income generation within the Bradford District Work closely with the Deputy Chief Executive to align fundraising efforts with the charity’s strategic goals Requirements Experience in a fundraising or income generation role Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and business use insurance (required for occasional travel) Salary: £23,492.04 per annum (pro rata), actual salary £8,888.88 Hours: 14 hours per week, worked over 2 days Please note: A flexible approach to working days and hours is essential due to the nature of the role.
