We are currently recruiting a Soft Services Manager to work at a prestigious site in Stirling, managing both the grounds and security provisions across the site.
Across the 2 teams there are circa 40 staff delivering the services, with the security being on a 24/7 365 basis and managed in shifts.
The key part of the role will be to manage the people and provide guidance to the teams as well as overseeing subcontractor performance.
