Workshop Mechanic
Air Personnel are supporting their client in Manchester for a Aviation workshop Mechanic.
We seek to recruit a Mechanic in the Airframe Shop. The job involves the repair and overhaul of aircraft skins and mechanical components.
Reporting to the Airframe Shop Supervisor, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- experience in aircraft repairs in a hangar or workshop environment
- ability to follow Airframe Shop policies, processes and procedures, seeking continual improvements
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English and be numerate
- ability to work in a team
- experience of working within an Aircraft/MRO environment for 5 years.
- understanding of Part 145 regulations and standards
- safe working practices
A full clean, current driving license is preferable.
