As an AV Installation Engineer , you'll play a vital role in installing and commissioning bespoke AV systems for high-profile clients. • AV System Installation: Install video conferencing systems, digital displays, sound systems, projectors, and control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX) in commercial settings.
• Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers to interpret briefs and ensure all installations meet client specifications and industry standards.
• Client Training: Provide hands-on training and demonstrations to clients, ensuring they are confident with their new systems.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, stock levels, and any system issues, reporting directly to the project manager.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to ensure safe installations.
• Ownership of Projects: Take full responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met and clients are satisfied with the final result.

We're seeking a talented engineer with a passion for AV technology and:

Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience installing AV systems in commercial or corporate environments.
• Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including video conferencing, digital signage, and networked AV solutions.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans.

Essential Qualifications:

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• ECS or CSCS certification (advantageous).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
• Problem-solving abilities and strong organisational skills.
