AM Global are looking for a proactive, resilient Resourcer to join our internal team in Billingham. This is an on-site role where you ll be surrounded by experienced recruiters who will mentor and support your development every step of the way.

What you ll be doing:
• Supporting business development activity
• Reviewing job roles and understanding client needs
• Sourcing and screening CVs
• Building strong candidate and client relationships
• Learning the full recruitment process from the ground up

Salary:
GBP15,000 GBP28,000 dependant on experience
