Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Salary: €40,000 - €80,000 + Package - DOE Location: Sligo Sector: Modular Construction Are you a detail-oriented quantity surveyor with experience in full turnkey projects? I am working with a leading modular contractor based in West Ireland and they are seeking both a junior and senior Quantity surveyor to join their commercial team. You will be essential in managing cost control and commercial aspects on a variety of innovative projects. About the Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial management of modular construction projects, from procurement to final accounts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking contractor delivering high-quality, full turnkey solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage project costs, ensuring budgets are maintained and value is maximised. Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration. Conduct valuations, variations, and final account negotiations. Work closely with the project team to ensure efficient cost control and reporting. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project success. What We're Looking For: Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally from a main contracting background. Knowledge of full turnkey construction projects is highly desirable. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
