I'm currently recruiting for an exciting project coordinator role to oversee timber frame housing projects from design and manufacturing through to delivery.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating projects, ensuring smooth communication between design, manufacturing and site teams. Your role will be essential in keeping projects on track, on budget, and meeting client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of timber frame housing projects from initial design to final delivery.
• Liaise with clients, designers, manufacturers, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain clear and effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, keeping everything running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in construction, ideally with timber frame experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
