Depot Manager

Bennett and Game are working with a leading provider of supply chain and logistics solutions, offering efficient freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation services. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence across their network. The role is based on site in Dartford.

The Depot Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring smooth logistics, warehousing, and transportation processes. This role involves managing staff, maintaining high operational standards, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, preferably in a depot or warehouse leadership role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance standards.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Salary - 50K - 60K DOE

• Working hours - 9 - 5:30 - Monday - Friday
