Building Surveyor

My client, a respected construction consultancy, is looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team. You ll work on a range of projects, including fa??ade remediation, employer s agent, and contract administration work, gaining hands-on experience that will push your career forward. With structured training, CPD support, and clear progression routes, this role is ideal for someone ambitious and eager to develop.

As a Building Surveyor, you will be involved with:

• Acting as Employers Agent and Contract Administrator.
• Working on fa??ade remediation projects
• Carrying out inspections, surveys, and reports
• Managing projects and liaising with clients across the North West
• Using IT and numerical skills, including AutoCAD

The successful Building Surveyor will have:

• Experience across building surveying disciplines
• Desire to achieve Chartership
• A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the Manchester/North West property market
• Experience with fa??ade remediation (preferred but not essential)

Salary and benefits include:

GBP35,000 - GBP50,000 (depending on experience)
