Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A leading independent global construction and property consultancy are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Birmingham team.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyors' role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be part of an established cost management team, working on a diverse range of projects, including leisure, restaurant, commercial, and residential new builds, refurbishments, and acquisitions.

This role offers excellent exposure to the full project lifecycle, providing invaluable experience and competencies to support your APC journey towards MRICS qualification. You will work closely with clients, proactively managing project costs from initial design through to completion, ensuring efficiency and value at every stage.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their expertise within a dynamic consultancy, gaining hands-on experience across multiple sectors while progressing their professional career.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Confident & client-facing individual
• Previous consultancy experience
• Both pre & post contract experience
