Project Quantity Surveyor

An established and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying practice is seeking a driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Epping office.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be joining a multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong pipeline of projects across sectors including Culture & Heritage, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Education, Hotels, Offices, Retail, Residential, and Sports.

Working in a dual Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent capacity, the Project Quantity Surveyor will be involved from inception through to completion, supporting clients with both pre and post-contract services.

Based in the Epping office 2-3 days a week with hybrid flexibility, this role provides a platform for increased responsibility, including business development and client relationship management.

The Project Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Strong pre and post contract knowledge
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
• A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
