The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Project Quantity Surveyor , you will be at the forefront of high-end residential developments, overseeing projects from inception to completion . You'll play a key role in:

• Managing project costs and procurement strategies
• Advising on contractual claims and risk management
• Leading on pre and post-contract duties
• Working closely with private clients and high-net-worth individuals
• Mentoring junior team members and helping shape the future of the consultancy

The Project Quantity Surveyor

• RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• MRICS or currently working towards
• Pre and post contract experience
• Comfortable taking ownership of projects
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
• Driving licence
