The Quantity Surveyor Role

As the incoming Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with three experienced Partners on a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects, covering sectors such as: Arts & Leisure, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Heritage & Conservation, Hotel & Hospitality, Ecclesiastical & High End Residential.

Here's where it gets exciting: the Directors are looking for someone who is eager to take on more responsibility and eventually take over & lead the company. This is very much a succession role , with the clear potential for you to take over the firm in the future, making this a truly unique opportunity.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
• Pre and Post Contract experience
• BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
• A proactive, ambitious attitude, with a desire to progress towards leadership
• Ability to work comfortably in a small, collaborative team
