Temporary Events Coordinator - Part Time - Immediate Start - Nr Sevenoaks / Orpington, Kent - Potential Temp to Perm - up to GBP15/hour

We are on the hunt for a creative, passionate and proactive Events Coordinator , with experience coordinating conferences / trade shows / partner events, to undertake an ongoing temporary assignment with a rapid-growth innovative tech company based near Sevenoaks / Orpington.

Working 3 days per week, this office based role would suit an Events Coordinator who is experienced in dealing with venue bookings, supplier management, liaising with speakers and on-site logistics.

If you ve also had experience of marketing the events and partner/sponsorship support, that would be the icing on the cake!

This is initially a part time temporary assignment, with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

Key responsibilities as the Part Time Events Coordinator will include:

• Planning and executing conferences, trade shows and partner events
• Managing venue bookings
• Coordinating event timelines
• Supplier management
• Working with internal teams and industry experts to create engaging event programs
• Promoting events through social media, email campaigns and targeted outreach
• Attending key events, ensuring smooth operations and high engagement
• Coordinating company present at third-party events
• Undertaking event administration

What we re looking for:

• Experience in B2B event coordination
• Experience coordinating conferences / trade shows / partner events
• A degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management or similar is highly advantageous
• Highly organised, proactive and meticulous nature with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and the ability to liaise confidently at all levels
• Ability to attend exhibitions and conferences
• Experience in marketing events is highly desirable
• IT literate
• Full UK driving licence (on-site parking available)
• Available immediately and able to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment
• Potential to convert to a permanent position is advantageous
• Ability to provide 2 written professional references
