Job Vacancy: Workshop Labourer (Fettling) - Steel Workshop
Location: Bedford

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Labourer for long-term employment in our steel workshop, based in Bedford. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fettling and be comfortable working with steel products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fettling steel components and materials to required specifications.
• General workshop duties.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fettling or similar workshop roles.
• Valid UK driving licence.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

Hours:

• 35.7 hours per week, with overtime available.
• Overtime available, reaching 50-60 hours per week (Flat Rate)
