Package up to GBP22 PH DOE ( up to GBP57,200 ) / 20 + 8 days holiday / 50 hour week including door to door travel / fuel card with van
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Plumber to join our team. We are a well-established and growing mechanical services team who have been established for over 20 years proving HVAC services across Birmingham.
The role involves working on a variety of commercial projects across Birmingham and the West Midlands, including installations, maintenance, and reactive plumbing work in commercial and light industrial environments. There could be the odd staying away from home but this would not be on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out plumbing installations and maintenance on commercial properties
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Diagnose and repair faults in plumbing systems
- Work collaboratively with other trades and site personnel
- Ensure all work meets current health and safety regulations and company standards
- Complete job reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel across the Birmingham area
- Gas Safe registration
- Unvented hot water systems certification
- PASMA/IPAF qualifications
