Firmware Manager

I'm recruiting for an engineering business in Pershore who are looking to hire an experienced Embedded Software or Firmware manager to lead a small team of engineers. Although the work will involve some hands-on development (coding, writing specifications, test plans etc) - the bulk of the work is to do with project and people management of a small firmware team. It would be a great role for a proven manager, OR someone who's looking to move from Senior/Lead Engineer to a management position.
