A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced ERP Systems Manager to join a fast-growing business based near Dartford in Kent. You ll play a key role in leading the digital transformation strategy of the business, with a focus on CRM and ERP system implementation, stock management, and operational process improvement. The company operates within a technical product and services sector, with strong ambitions for digital maturity. The role is office-based and offers a salary of up to GBP60,000 depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of the business s digitalisation strategy across ERP, CRM, and operational systems
• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams
• Optimise ERP processes including barcoding, permissions, and fleet/delivery systems
• Introduce new quoting and customer service tools to improve workflow and efficiency
• Line manage a small team and run regular project reviews, updates, and stakeholder reporting

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience as an ERP Systems Manager or an IT Manager with proven ERP integration experience.
• Proven background in ERP/CRM systems integration and process improvement
• PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
• Any knowledge of Syrinx ERP or HubSpot would be beneficial.

Based in Dartford , the role is office-based and easily commutable from:
