We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will have the opportunity to foster creativity, develop students' musical abilities, and contribute to the school's wider music and performing arts programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inspiring music lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
• Develop students' musical knowledge, performance skills, and appreciation for different genres.
• Lead and support extracurricular music activities, including school concerts, ensembles, or choirs.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support their development.
• Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the music curriculum and contribute to the wider school community.

Requirements - To be considered for this Music Teacher role, you must have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• UK teaching experience within the music subject specialism.
• A current Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for music education.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

This permanent Music Teacher position is available for an Easter 2025 or September 2025 start, depending on availability.
