Senior Project Coordinator / Project Delivery Lead
Hours: 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00
Office Based - Greenwich
Site visits required - Canary Wharf & City of London
Must be flexible for UK wide site visits on occasion.
CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
The role involves overseeing the successful delivery of all projects from inception through to close out, ensuring that client requirements and processes are met. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and successful delivery of projects, while also maintaining a strong client relationship throughout the project life cycle.
Candidate requirements:
Client facing project management experience.
Related qualifications Prince2 / PMP / HNC / ONC.
Understanding of RIBA design and BSRIA commissioning.
Experience with Microsoft package Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects.
Positive attitude towards work.
Maintain a high level of professionalism including punctuality and reliability.
Quality driven; demonstrates attitude and experience of delivery projects based on quality, attention to detail and client satisfaction.
Job responsibilities
Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood and executed.
Ensuring client satisfaction by maintaining high levels of communication and delivering results within agreed timelines and budgets.
Coordination with contractors and design teams to ensure that designs align with client needs and are feasible to implement.
Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure compliance with plans and safety regulations.
Track project deliverables against timelines and budgets, addressing deviations.
Mediate between client and project teams to align expectations.
Identify and track potential project risks related to technical challenges, budget, timeline, and resources.
Develop mitigation strategies to minimize or resolve risks as they arise.
Attend, schedule and minute regular meetings on coordination, progress, and design.
Maintain governance across all projects including completion of all relevant client documentation.
