Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Residential Deputy Manager to join a fantastic elderly care home in Edwinstowe, Nottinghamshire.

Package for the Residential Deputy Manager but not limited to:

Residential Deputy Manager requirements:

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Minimum of three years experience in residential/nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with dementia.
• Must have experience at Senior Healthcare Assistant or Team Leader level.
• Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning.
• To ensure knowledge is gained to demonstrate a good understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse.
• Satisfactory Care Character Assessment
• Live within 30 minutes of the Home.
