What You ll Do as an Agricultural Engineer:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with agricultural machinery and systems.
• Oversee maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Work across workshop and mobile service environments, providing on-site support to customers as needed.

What We re Looking For in an Agricultural Engineer:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or higher in Land-Based Engineering. Candidates with 5+ years of current relevant experience are also welcome.
• Experience: Proficiency with diagnostic tools in agricultural machinery is advantageous.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and excellent customer communication skills.
• Team Player: Willingness to support the team, particularly during busy harvest seasons with overtime opportunities.
