Software Solutions Lead

I'm recruiting for a talented and technically-driven Software Solutions Lead to join a growing technology company and play a key role in delivering innovative software solutions. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who is eager to take on more leadership responsibility and grow into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and design high-level software solutions.
• Guide a team of engineers, providing technical support and helping them adhere to best practices.
• Oversee the development life cycle, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability in every solution.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Communicate solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• Strong technical background with experience in software development, including architecture, design, and deployment.
• Proficiency in Java (and bonus points if you use Python too)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation tools like Git, GitLab, and Docker.
• A passion for problem-solving and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
