Key Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team in maintaining a safe and sterile environment.
• Prepare patients for surgery, offering reassurance and support.
• Work alongside surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient recovery in the post-operative phase, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Adhere to best practice and regulatory standards to maintain high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in a theatre setting is desirable but not essential training will be provided.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to patient safety and high standards of care.
