Working period: Ad-hoc basis
Working Hours : 16 30 weekdays

About the Role:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people s lives? We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Spalding, Long Sutton and Holbeach. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility
• Supporting patients with meals and hydration
• Monitoring patients conditions and reporting changes to healthcare staff
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients
• Assisting with medical procedures under supervision

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred but not essential)
• A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• A willingness to learn and develop within the role
