Job Description: We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities:

• Operation of counterbalance and reach truck.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Completing checks for goods in and equipment.
• Picking and preparing orders.
• Directing a team of operatives on a daily basis, dealing with problems as they arise and escalating when required.
• Completing various checks in the warehouse, on individuals, on MHE and equipment.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.

Requirements:

• Reach and counterbalance licence is essential.
• Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.
• Experience with MHE.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
