GSL Education is looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join a supportive and well-established nursery or primary school in the Windsor and Maidenhead area. This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture and develop young learners , providing a safe, engaging, and structured environment for early childhood education.

• Support early years learning and development , following the EYFS curriculum .
• Assist in delivering engaging and play-based learning activities .
• Encourage social and emotional development , ensuring all children feel safe and valued.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create a stimulating classroom environment .
• Support children with speech and language development, phonics, and early numeracy skills .

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience working in an EYFS or nursery setting .
• A nurturing, patient, and child-centered approach .
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development .
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
