As a Secondary SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) , you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one and small-group support for students with additional learning needs. Your role will involve working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning strategies, helping students to engage, progress, and develop confidence in their education. You will be instrumental in ensuring that students feel included, valued, and supported in their academic and social development.
