Accounts Administrator

Role: ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Birmingham

Salary: GBP26,000-GBP29,000, dependant on experience

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to support our Accounts team with the smooth and effective running of a busy office.

Due to business growth a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Competent, motivated individual to become part of a Friendly, Supportive Accounts Team.

Our client, who are a leading wholesaler in the West Midlands, specialising in the distribution of Car Parts.

Core Tasks

Cash Reconciliation.

Assisting with Credit Control.

Processing Purchase Ledger Invoices and Credits.

Processing New Sales Ledger Accounts.

Reconciliation of Suppliers Statements

Assisting with Customer telephone enquiries and processing payments.

General Administration Duties

Required Skills & Knowledge

Experience of Balancing Daily Cash /Card transactions.

Good telephone manner.

Accurate data entry and attention to detail

IT skills. To include Excel, Outlook, and V-look up.

Able to prioritise a busy and varied work load.

The Ability To work as part of a Team.
