Great opportunity has just arisen to join a prestigious company based near Bridgwater, there is a lot of opportunity to progress within this company, which already has a great name in its market.

The Role:

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes.
• Utilise various CAD programs to create detailed schematics and tooling designs.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with production teams to assemble components, solder parts, and ensure proper operation of machinery.
• Monitor process performance metrics.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance production capabilities and reduce waste.

The Person:

• Electronics knowledge with a background in engineering or related fields.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and /or AutoCAD.
• Experience with logic controllers and automation systems is highly desirable.
• Proven ability in conducting root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
