We are seeking a Senior Packaging Operative to take the lead on the bottling line and play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the bottling line, ensuring production runs efficiently and safely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the bottling process.
• Occasionally assist with the drink production process, helping to create premium beverages.
• Maintain high levels of quality control and hygiene standards.
• Work collaboratively with a passionate, dynamic team to meet production goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a packaging or production role, ideally in a drinks manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and drive operational success.
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to adapt to a fast-paced, growing business.
