With multiple successful locations already thriving, we re now helping them find a Sous Chef for one of their established, high-performing restaurants .

What s the Role About?
      • Supporting the Head Chef in delivering top-notch food, every time
      • Keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently during busy shifts
      • Training and motivating a passionate kitchen team
      • Making sure hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen standards are always on point
      • Helping manage stock, wastage, and prep like a pro
      • Getting stuck in with daily service, bringing the energy
What You ll Need:
      • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a solid Junior Sous looking to step up
      • Confidence in a high-volume, fast-casual or QSR-style kitchen
      • Passion for quality food, team leadership, and service that hits the mark
      • A can-do attitude and cool head under pressure
      • Ambition to grow with a brand that s going places
