You will play a vital role in certifying and testing advanced defence products, adhering to rigorous standards to meet mission-critical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Certify and maintain product certifications in compliance with defence procedures and standards.

• Set up and calibrate advanced test equipment to perform detailed tests on defence electronics.

• Conduct fault-finding on defence-related electronic systems and maintain precise test records.

• Meet strict manufacturing test times and ensure accurate documentation for defence projects.

• Uphold the highest standards of safety, workmanship, and quality control in all processes.

• Collaborate effectively within a team environment to deliver on high-stakes projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Apprenticeship or equivalent technical qualification (NVQ Level 3, ONC, etc.).

• Experience with testing, fault-finding, and using test equipment for electronic systems in high-stakes environments.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, particularly in defence or military-related fields.

• Manual handling, lifting, and slinging training (including overhead cranes).

• ESD awareness, no colour blindness, and an understanding of defence safety protocols.

Rate & Details:

• Rate: 27.37 per hour (Umbrella)

• Inside IR35

• Duration: Initial 12 months

• Clearance: SC Clearance required
