We are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our HR department with administrative duties and employee-related matters.

Description

  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
  • Assisting with screening records
  • Reviewing high volumes of driver applications
  • Assisting with the organisation's HR, including liaising with external recruitment agencies
  • Send across interview confirmations and update candidates within process
  • Supporting with company recruitment days
  • Reviewing applications made and liaising of other departments
  • Updating trackers and sending detailed updates
  • Handling correspondence and queries

Profile

A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:

  • A high level of organisational skills
  • Previous recruitment or HR background desirable
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A proactive nature and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to commute to Manchester
