We are recruiting for an exceptional Planner to play a pivotal role in our Property Department. The chosen individual will assist in optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of our property projects.

Description

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of property projects
  • Communicating effectively with project team members and stakeholders
  • Ensuring project timelines are adhered to and deliverables are met
  • Managing a team of operatives
  • Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies
  • Ensuring all compliance is adhered to
  • Conducting property market research to inform project planning
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of planning processes

Profile

A successful Planner should have:

  • Proven experience in planning, preferably within the property industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
