Site Manager (Social Housing Refurbishments)

The Site Manager will be working for a maintenance contractor, and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a kitchen/bathroom refurbishment project for housing stock in and around the Burnley area on behalf of a local housing provider.

Description

• Oversee and manage kitchen/bathroom planned works project.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project delivery.
• Maintain strict health and safety compliance on-site.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure all team members adhere to project deadlines.
• Monitor and report on progress, managing any risks or delays promptly.

Profile

• Proven experience in kitchen/bathroom refurbishments within Social Housing.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes within Social Housing

• CSCS card & SMSTS
