Technical Sales Support

MPI are currently recruiting for a Technical Sales Support person for our client in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire.

Reporting to the Managing Director and Projects Manager you will provide front line electrical technical support to the internal and external Sales team by way of direct communication with our client base and assisting with technical enquiries for all of our Client s products and bespoke solutions.

• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office with an understanding of basic CAD and Schematics.
• Produce CAD drawings using E Plus Electro Graphics (Full Training Will Be Given).
• Provide technical support, product relevant to the internal and external Sales Team.
• Handle general product specific technical enquiries from our client base.
• Assist in the Preparation of quotations, bill of materials and final pricing with the assembly department.
• Promote and advise on compatible products, services and bespoke solutions.
• Liaise with the Sales Office Manager, Projects Manager, External Sales Team and all other departments.

Full product and technical training will be given at our training centre in Italy and on an on-going basis; the ideal candidate will have experience of the Electrical Wholesale Industry and demonstrate a good Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn
