Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP37,000

Job Title: Hire Controller

• Manage customer orders and inquiries professionally via phone and email.
• Accurately input order and collection details into the system.
• Collaborate with the service and transport teams to ensure plant availability meets customer demand.
• Maintain effective communication with suppliers and act as a helpful point of contact for depot-related queries.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers to secure the best terms.

• A strong team player with a friendly and professional phone manner.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using IT systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills and the ability to adapt to different situations.

• Previous experience in the hire industry is essential.
