Are you an experienced CNC Miller looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a skilled machinist to set and operate CNC multi-tasking lathes, manufacturing high-quality components for internal assembly flow lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC milling machines to produce small to medium batch work efficiently.
• Inspect finished components against engineering drawings using various measuring equipment.
• Maintain machines with daily, weekly, and monthly checks, ensuring good housekeeping and adherence to 5S standards.
• Optimise set-up and cycle times while monitoring tool life for efficiency.
• Complete de-burring, cleaning, final inspections, and all necessary documentation.
• Support the team with additional duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience operating CNC machines with a minimum of 4-axis control.
• Ability to read, edit, and work with Fanuc-based programs.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measuring techniques.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain quality under deadlines.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Safety-conscious and willing to learn new skills.
• Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.

Desirable Experience:

• Knowledge of twin spindle machines.
