Responsibilities:

• Manage a small caseload of families, offering tailored, therapeutic support
• Supervise and mentor 4 Supervising Social Workers
• Work collaboratively with management to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Use your therapeutic expertise to build positive relationships with foster families
• Maintain high standards of practice and professional development

Requirements:

• Social Work degree or equivalent qualification
• Registered with Social Work England
• Experience working within the fostering sector
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
