Graduate Structural Engineer

Location: Amersham
Salary: Circa 26,000 per annum

• Production of structural calculations and technical drawings in accordance with British Standard design codes, Eurocodes, Building Regulations, and Network Rail standards.
• Use of design software or manual calculation techniques for structural design.
• Collaboration with clients, external professionals, and regulatory authorities.
• Participation in the company's internal and external training and CPD programs.

• Degree in a built environment discipline (e.g., Civil or Structural Engineering).
• Actively working towards professional membership of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE), or similar professional body.
• Strong technical knowledge in structural steel, reinforced concrete, masonry, and timber design (desirable).
• Familiarity with soil mechanics , foundation design , and the Site Investigation process.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office .
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
