Our client is looking for an experienced hard working experienced valuer/lister to join their team in Cirencester.

Key Responsibilities - Lister/Valuer

• Property valuations
• Listings
• Client engagement to understand their property needs and to provide guidance throughout the buying or selling process
• Market Analysis
• Property Listings, taking photographs and writing of description
• Viewings
• Al administrative duties

Qualifications & Requirements - Lister/Valuer

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Estate Agent experience essential
• Fantastic negotiation skills
• Attention to detail
• Motivated, determined and hard working
• Passionate, caring and professional
• Good IT Skills
