As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young individuals in a children's residential home. Acting as a professional parent, you will offer nurturing care and support to young people.
A significant part of this role involves engaging in activities with the children, being creative, enjoying the outdoors, and having lots of fun! If you have a hobby you can share, even better! Your personal qualities are key to succeeding in this position. We're looking for naturally caring, empathetic individuals who have experience supporting children.

To be considered, you will have:

• Experience of working with Children within a Residential setting
• Naturally caring and empathetic nature
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ideally Level 3 qualification in residential childcare or willing to work towards one
