What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising & Planning: Oversee daily department operations and plan the workload.
• Calibration & Inspection: Ensure equipment calibration is on point and conduct thorough inspections of cable assemblies.
• Customer Liaison: Address customer queries related to build or technical specifications and support during audits.
• Product Testing: Perform continuity testing to ensure functionality and quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Support quality control initiatives and process inspections, focusing on crimps, soldering, and product consistency.
• Detail-Oriented: Maintain impeccable attention to detail in all aspects of quality assurance.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Ideally 5+ years in quality inspection or a similar role within manufacturing, preferably electronics.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and carry out precise inspections.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Strong Communication: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Additional Skills: IPC-620 certification is a plus but not essential. Basic computer literacy required for documentation and reporting.
