Resident Liaison Officer - Social Housing Scheme

We're on the lookout for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-respected contractor delivering kitchen and bathroom upgrades across a busy social housing scheme in Bradford. You'll be the heart and soul of tenant engagement - making sure everyone feels heard, respected, and happy during the improvement works.



What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the go-to contact for residents before, during and after works

  • Coordinating appointments, updates and feedback with buckets of empathy and efficiency

  • Handling any concerns or queries with a calm, can-do attitude

  • Keeping detailed records, reports and resident satisfaction feedback

  • Working closely with site and project teams to ensure smooth sailing on site



What you'll bring:

  • A natural flair for communication - both in person and over the phone

  • Previous experience in a similar RLO or tenant liaison role

  • A good understanding of the challenges in social housing refurbishment

  • Organised, unflappable, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed

  • Driving licence preferred (though not essential)
