Location: Various sites across Northampton
Pay Rate: 12.19 per hour
Job Type: Temp to perm

You will be required to drive a company vehicle.

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role (preferred)
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

• Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and strimming
• Litter picking and general park upkeep
• Planting, weeding, and basic horticultural tasks
• Maintaining pathways and public spaces
• Safely operating grounds maintenance machinery
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
