Warehouse/Assembly Operative

Talent Guardian are seeking a motivated Warehouse/Assembly Operative to join our valued client based in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and organise precise customer orders
Receive and unload deliveries, checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy
Use tools, machinery, and assembly lines effectively to assemble products
Report any defects or quality issues to the supervisor
Store products in designated areas to maintain incredibly high organisation and accessibility
Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements
Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory management
Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, following health and safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Previous experience in a warehouse or assembly environment is essential
Highly organised, motivated, reliable and switched on
Friendly, outgoing and able to work in a team
Ability to work efficiently and accurately with a keen eye for detail
Basic understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Benefits & Additional Information:

Working days are Tuesday - Saturday
Working hours are 9:00am until 18:00pm
23 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
GBP25,000 per annum
