What You ll Do:
As a Credit Controller you ll:
- Be the trusted point of contact for customer account queries, building long-lasting relationships.
- Proactively manage and reduce customer debt, ensuring smooth cash flow.
- Evaluate creditworthiness for new and existing accounts, setting smart credit terms.
- Handle account reconciliations, including integration tasks (EDI).
- Distribute account statements, overdue letters, and credit reports.
- Work collaboratively with sales and finance teams to solve issues and improve processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to robust financial procedures.
About you:
- Experience in credit control or accounts payable and a knack for managing accounts.
- Highly organised with strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
- A people person who communicates effectively and builds relationships with ease.
- Analytical and solution-focused, with resilience under pressure.
- Friendly, confident, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What is offered:
- Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week).
