Electrical Engineer

White Label is representing an engineering business in Bradford that requires an Electrical Engineer to join their team.

The role will be predominantly office-based with requirements to go to the shop floor and supervise/direct the electricians.

My client is offering a package of up to 50,000 depending on experience, up to 2 days working from home, flexible working within core hours, 25 days holiday + bank holiday, and pension.

Duties of the Electrical Engineer

• Design systems and products.
• Identify customer requirements.
• Assist with spare parts selection.
• Read design specifications and technical drawings.
• Creating project plans and circuit diagrams using CAD.
• Estimating costs and project timings.
• Manage projects and deliver them on time.
• Making sure projects meet safety regulations.
• Attending meetings, writing reports, and giving presentations.
• Providing technical assistance.
• Problem-solving and analyse issues.
• Assess the tools and information required to develop solutions.

Experience required of the Electrical Engineer

• 3 years or more experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Experience using CAD.
• Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of heating and ventilation would be an advantage.
